As I walked east on SW Salmon headed to work one recent morning, I spied this lady running on a treadmill--I think its an exercise room in a hotel. Seems like something lots of us who enjoyed sumptious Thanksgiving dinners might need to look into doing ourselves. Well, not me. I'll walk like always. I'm just not balanced enough for a treadmill.

great photo and post--and I also enjoyed your recent photos--thanks for stopping by chicago
I'll keep walking too Lynette. We'll probably get there just as quick as she does! lol. Nice picture as usual!
Me too! 17 degrees here this morning. We're about to head out the door in a bit for our walking exercise...with camera in hand. Cool pic, woman on treadmill, and the pedestrian crosswalk sign pops out with the orange flags...calling our attention to get out and exercise. Great idea!
Lovely city lit up. I need to motivate myself to walk more or some how exercise more.
Gyms... Gah. I hate them with a passion! Seriously.
I'm still too full to exercise...maybe next week! ;o)
I don't like the gym either, but I could use the exercise!
Ha, wish I had done that! :)
Ha ha! Good for her. Disciplined!
There was a Portuguese professor of PIL (Private International Law) who died at the age of 92 and when asked how he kept his health always answered: I've never entered a gym...
Enjoy your weekend!
Gil
Nice snap. It makes me tired to think about running right now. Maybe later. Maybe not! :D
Thanks,
Wayne
Nice post, I think I have enough exercise doing my work.
Have a nice weekend.
I'm with you...not that balanced to do the treadmill.
There's always an abundant of new members at my gym around this time of year, but after a month or two, I'll never see them again. I'm not a fan of treadmills myself.
Walking is the best ever. Keep walking, says Johnny Walker ;-)
Nice to see someone else might be thinking that extra helping needs a quick help out the door! I think I need a really fast treadmill myself. LOL!
Yup, that's the Hilton Hotel in Downtown (the original building not to be confused with the other one across the intersection of Taylor and Sixth.
