How do you transport what you use to hang the sign to that spot on the sidewalk? You tow its folded-up-self behind your bicycle. Creative problem solving!

Very cool shots. At first I thought the reference was to rough-looking men on Harleys. Portland is more genteel than that, I suppose.
pretty smart people, hope the local police don't ride bikes. All the donuts would be gone.
