Hi Lynette! My name is Stephanie and I work with a National Service Organization called AmeriCorps NCCC. We are based out of Vicksburg, Mississippi. I found your blog via a blog about West Jackson, Mississippi. The reason I came across that blog is because as part of my job with AmeriCorps, I help set up days of service in which any or all of our 150 Corps Members participate. This year, for Make a Difference Day (October 23, 2010), we will be doing a beautification project at Livingston Park in Jackson. After I read your comment, I thought I would try to contact you and see if I could learn a little more about the Park! I would love to chat with you, or if you would be willing to e-mail me that would be amazing! My e-mail address is stephanie.taylor@ncccdelta.com

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hey, Lynette, you and I both peeked through chain link fences for our postings today. But, I shot a photo of an American Hero and you capture a bunch of athletic high school boys. Hmmm . . .
