In praise of the potato. The saute pan. The electric eye. The canola/olive oil blend. The Maldon salt.

I ate 'em slowly, promise. I know how to spread out the time expended in bliss.

    Love the sacred potato in all its forms. On death row, my last meal would be hot, baked potatoes in skins with loads of real butter. Deadman walking...
