Windsor skyline--the castle walls and towers are in gray.
I stuck the camera between the fence and got this clear shot--I like it!
Here you can see the fence around the locomotive.
Lots of us photographed the Crooked House--that's Chris in the cap and James in the blue jacket.
Juliet and I went inside Esquire Coffee Shop across the street from the Crooked House. She had hot tea, I had a Coca Cola on ice which, I have to say, tasted mighty good. Once we went back outside, I decided to take the photo above and then to walk and get a photo of the back of the Crooked House. Imagine my joy at coming across the only other place I've been inside for refreshment in Windsor!
'Nuff said.
Yea, the sun came out and made a neat silhouette of the statue of Queen Victoria!
The backside of the Curfew Tower, so straight up and down, makes a great contrast for the rounded rest of it.
The Crooked House is something entirely else!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots, Lynette.

ReplyDeleteWas Harry Potter on that train?
