Colorful toe-wiggling time at Pioneer Courthouse Square, downtown Portland

Taken on August 5 as I waited with Marsha and Lamont for the beginning of the Architectural Heritage Center's Downtown Terra Cotta Walking Tour.

    Red striped top, blue checkered skirt, and colorful checkered square handbag! She has all the colors and textures going on! Very cute and so "bohemian" portlander!
