If we had a deck, balcony or patio, this hanging basket would belong to us.

    Pretty much ever hanging basket I get I drowned in water. I have no idea what all is in there.

    Goodness look at the flowers these last few days ... seems like your lack of a balcony has been replaced by the city ... we have a similar challenge in that our balcony is to small to accommodate our chairs and flowers at the same time ... we chose our chairs.
