Seen on the streets of Portland, No. 4
Waiting for the bus at the corner of SE 39th Avenue and SE Hawthorne Blvd. You can guess what caught my eye, right? The yellow plaid boots and the sort of leaf-patterned skirt. When I downloaded the photo, I thought, "How brave these young women of Portland dress themselves, mixing colors, designs, layers." I find I'm jealous and wonder should I try such nights and weekends out.
I'm in the Buick, heading south but stopped at the traffic signal, on Oct. 19, 2008.

You gotta wonder what goes through her head when she's getting dressed. Maybe she's like some other 20-somethings I know who mostly stumble around picking things up off the floor to throw on before the head out the door.
Then again, maybe she had to work at it.
Fun, though.
I am guessing those are like rain boots? I wonder if she has different colors and designs to 'match' her outfits.
I like them.
Wow. What a variety of looks.
Love urban photos! You did a good pic here.
I agree with Sonia. Great pic.
That gal's got courage! Fashion Police coming... wooo..woooo..wooo.wooo
I think she likes getting noticed with those shoes and skirt. I don't think I can wear something so bright and flashy.
