Yep. As a matter of fact, mother wrote on the back of this photo that it was a good picture of my dad but not so good of her as the kids had said something that made he start to laugh just as they took the picture.
"The kids" would have been my uncle and two of my aunts and all are deceased now as is my mom and dad. It was 1932 and still in the Depression. Mom and Dad got married in 1930 and they were at my mom's parents place and when I was born 4 years after this picture, and went to the same place with my folks, and was old enough to eat, the big dinners then was macaroni and cheese baked on a cookie sheet in the old cookstove oven. The cheese was almost burned when it came out and it was hard or chewy. Not like the stuff people eat these days that comes in boxes.
Those are my only memories of the place. And, most people say I do look like my mom more than my dad. You were right there too.

wow, beautiful sihouette.
I like your previous post too.
There you go. So that's where my crow went? I am missing him.
I hope you have a really nice week to match your really nice photograph.

The crows are making the presence know here as well. After Abe's photo of a crow I have been watching and listening more closely.
I love how you caught him mid-caw.

Nice angle and silhouette... now if we only knew what he was trying to tell you!
This is an awesome photo!
I'll just bet he was making lots of noise up there. :-)
