The 85,000 is a very, very tiny fraction of the city half billion dollar budget. Umquaw bank has donated 25$K and Citizen have overwhelmingly have started donating. Somehow this is never mentioned. Nor the fact the city parks dept has a annual maintenance budget for these parks that is not figured in.
